delicious cupcakes with cream cheese frosting
yesterday i tried some red velvet cupcakes. they weren't that red:) but delicious!!!!
i frosted them with a (green) vanilla-cream cheese frosting. this was the best!!

I find that red food coloring paste works better for me than liquid coloring. The color is much stronger and doesn't make the batter runny. *tip* when using large amounts of red, use Wilton's "tasteless red", or the paste can give your recipe a bitter taste (this usually applies to things with weaker flavors, such as icing.)
