Red Velvet Pancakes With Cream Cheese Drizzle

You Will Need (12 things)
- 1 cup , 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter (softened)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 cup Milk (use whatever kind you have on hand)
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 Egg(s)
- Salt
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 cup Red Velvet Cake Mix
- 2 cup Powdered Sugar
- 3 tbsp Milk (add more if you want the drizzle to be thinner)
Steps (4 steps, 40 minutes)

Whisk all the pancakes ingredients in a large bowl until combined.

Pour 1/4 c. of batter onto a pre-heated, buttered or oiled skillet. Cook until bubbles began to form. Then flip and cook for another minute or so. Repeat until you use up all the batter.

Meanwhile, use a stand mixer to mix the butter and cream cheese. Add the powdered sugar and blend until combined. Add the milk, one tbs. at a time, until completely combined. Add more to make the drizzle thinner.

Pour the cream cheese goodness into a zip top plastic bag. Snip the corner of the bag with scissor and pipe the cream cheese drizzle over the warm pancakes. Enjoy!
