Find some plastic bags. They can be different colors, one color, or whatever you please. Just make sure they have that thin-plastic-y texture,so it can be cut.
Cut the bottom of the plastic bag off, right above the folds...as you can see, I'm cutting a little above those plastic triangles in the bottom corners of the bag.
Cut off the handles.
This is what your bag will look like, almost a ring.
Cut down the middle of your plastic-bag-ring-thing, so when laid out, it will look like...(See next step)
...THIS :D
Then, using your long sheet 'o plastic, cut 3 strips to braid. They can be of assorted colors, if you wish. *I made mine roughly 12 inches long and roughly 1 1/2 inches wide. BUT, my wrists are quite large and I wanted a thick bracelet.
THEN, tie the top of all three strings into a knot. I taped it to the table because when I braid, I usually like it anchored down. But be cautious if you ARE going to use tape, it might get stuck onto the plastic and tear it.
Now, start braiding! :] *Be gentle, this plastic can tear.
Once you've brung it to the desired length, tie a knot at the end and cut off any access. *Yes, I am using kiddie scissors. Saftey first! Aha, I misplaced my other ones.
Lastly, tie is around your wrist and enjoy :] *My first How-to, by the way :D
