Last season’s gift wrapping choice was sort of time consuming but really pretty. I started by ripping up an old dictionary and some organ music books. I wrapped the gifts in the recycled pages and then hot glued black satin and red velvet ribbon around the packages. Finally, I topped each one with paper fan medallions. Click here for instructions. (http://www.domestifluff.com/2010/10/how-to-make-book-page-medallions-rosettes/) Each medallion is centered by a circle of card-stock that I rubber stamped with red and black ink. The two constants were the same. I used recycled boxes from the grocery store and recycled gift tags from last year’s holiday cards and old calendars.
