Paint the base of your nail a solid color (preferably black or white)
Takes drops of polish in the color of choice, there is no limit to how many colors you choose. For this demonstration, I chose purple, pink, teal, and neon orange.
If you have a dotting tool- SKIP THIS STEP. If not, read on. Take a bobby pin and flatten it like so. The round tip should do the job for this design.
Take you dotting tool and make two round-ish shapes anywhere on your nail, in the color of your choice. Make as many spots as you want! Make sure the spots are evenly spread out!
Repeat step 4 with all your colors. Your nail should end up like so.
Next, take your black(If your base is black, white polish. You can use any color of your choice for this)and put a few drops on your scrap piece of paper.
NOTE: LET THE SPOTS DRY BEFORE YOU START THIS STEP Taking a tooth pick, outline the edge of a spot with your black polish. Make this thin, but not too thin!
Repeat step 7 with all the spots on your nail. It should look like so!
Paint a top coat with clear nail polish and you're done!
