yum yum! my scale was broken so i tried to convert the weight to volume. not sure if it was the exact recipe but they turned out great! next time i will bake them at a slightly lower temp because the edges of mine got a little burnt before the centers were fully cooked. i used powdered food coloring that i bought a long time ago at a cake decorating store. when the cake batter was not cooked the colors were really light and pastel almost but when they cooked you can see in the picture that the colors really popped. i put vanilla icing on them but they tasted good without icing too! i made these for my 3 yr olds birthday and they were a big hit!
