I love the corset as it is, one-sided with the buttons. If I did do something to the other side, I would put something different on it, and also toned down a little. Maybe a random thing with matching tiny bows or something...BUT, it's awful cute as is!!!

Thanks for the comments everyone!
Jenny Bones: I got the corset at Charlotte Russe, so if you got yours there it's probably the same one. I actually have another one in a cream color. Happy And I didn't rip any seams, I just poked the thread through all the layers.

I have the same corset as you, or at least one very similar! Happy

Did you just sew the buttons on through all the layers of fabric and padding or did you rip seams to hide the button threads?

I would put maybe a trail of buttons across the other side, yeah, like a swish! Kinda whimsical swirl or trail.

I think it might be neat to 'swish' a few buttons down the unbuttoned side... slowly hemming off into the black, I can't describe it, but I'll see if I can't dial up some time on Photoshop at work. (We're encouraged to 'dabble' in computer programs, yay!)

totally as is! Because its more of decoration like this, it would be more... the theme if it was all? Idk, how to explain it. But yea... Happy
