Quorn Pork & Prawn Dumplings
Steamed dumplings filled with vegetarian pork, prawns, mushrooms and carrots!

Pork & prawn dumplings are my Dad's favourite and I wanted to make him dim sum for his birthday so I invented a vegetarian friendly version the whole family could enjoy. They were so tasty!

You Will Need (12 things)
- 2 Quorn pork fillets
- 100 g Prawns
- 3 Chinese Mushroom(s)
- Wonton Wrappers
- Carrot
- ¼ cm Fresh Ginger
- ½ tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Rice Vinegar
- 2 tsp Toasted Sesame Oil
- ½ tsp Cornflour
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- 1 pinch Of Salt

Rehydrate the dried mushrooms for a little while before cooking your dumplings.

Start by shredding the Quorn pork fillets into fine shreds with a fork.

Thinly slice the mushrooms and prawns and mix into the pork. Grate in the ginger and mix in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, toasted sesame oil, cornflour, baking soda and salt.

Gently fold the wonton wrappers in your hand and stuff with a spoonful of filling.

Top with a little chopped carrot.

Steam for 8 minutes and serve hot!
