In this recipe, quinces are mixed with goat cheese and honey. This easy recipe is delicious with a salad or as an apetizer.
Wash, peel and cut the quinces into slices. Cook the quinces in water until are tender . Drain and mix the quinces with the honey and the crushed goat cheese.
