In this recipe, quinces are mixed with goat cheese and honey. This easy recipe is delicious with a salad or as an apetizer.

You Will Need (6 things)

  • 3 kg of quinces
  • Bricks
  • 1 kg Quinces
  • 3 Goat Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 8 Brick Sheets

Steps (4 steps, 50 minutes)

    Wash, peel and cut the quinces into slices.
    Cook the quinces in water until are tender .
    Drain and mix the quinces with the honey and the crushed goat cheese.

    Prepare the samoussa : Cut the pastry sheet in half. Fold each of them on itself to have a long band.

    Put a spoonful of goat / honey / quince mixture at the left end of the band and fold it on itself according to the attached diagram

    Continue folding the pastry.
    Finally slide the end of the pastry under the folding to close the pastry.
    Place on a baking dish and cook in the oven for 10 to 15 minutes at 200 degrees
    Serve with a salad
