You Will Need (6 things)

  • I Cup warm water
  • 4 Tsps. vital Wheat Gluten
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • ½ tbsp Active Dry Yeast
  • 2 ½ cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt

Steps (4 steps, 15 minutes)

    Preheat the oven to 400.

    Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it sit 5 minutes.

    Add salt, flour, and olive oil and knead in extra flour. Let it sit another 5-7 minutes.

    Oil your pan and pat out the crust! Add toppings and bake for 15-20 minutes.
