Quick Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup

I made this for my daughter and I, on the spur of the moment. It's yummy! If you'd like you can omit the chicken and use veggies instead, or both!

You Will Need (6 things)
- Chicken Breast
- 3 Chicken Broth
- Rosemary
- 2 tea spoons Sea Salt
- 1 cup Egg Noodles
- a few spoonfuls Sour Cream
Steps (4 steps, 20 minutes)

Dice chicken breast, first cutting lengthwise, then into small, bite sized pieces.

In a small saucepan, begin heating broth, salt, and a pinch of rosemary. Add chicken. Stir frequently until all chicken is cooked.

Allow broth to come to a boil. Add noodles, and cook until they achieve the desired texture(test a noodle to tell).
Optional: add diced carrots, frozen peas, chopped celery, or whatever veg you like best at the same time you add your noodles. Test your veggies for doneness, as well. -

Scoop into bowls, and add a spoonful of sour cream to each. If you want it creamy, stir it up!!
