This is amazing, I don't know why I didn't comment the first time I saw it but it inspired me to make my own version for an Alice in Wonderland themed party I went to. Mine is nowhere near as beautiful as yours though. I'm gonna post my version if that's ok? X

Thanks everyone! In reply to Mi.ezekatze, I just hot glued and stapled the cards fanning out and then made sure that the space was big enough to fit around my neck/shoulders. I didn't really attach it to the dress, but since I will be wearing this for Halloween, it will be cold out and I'll probably wear a cape with it and I'll attach it to the cape. Otherwise, I'll use Hollywood Tape (double-sided tape used for sticking clothes to your body) and stick it to my skin.

That is an amazing costume, it was such a good idea using cards for a collar.
