You Will Need (8 things)

  • 100 % wholemeal Pizza base
  • animal rennet free Cheese
  • Crushed Tomato
  • Pumpkin
  • Onion
  • Olives
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Feta Cheese

Steps (5 steps, 35 minutes)

    Before you start your pizza, roast your sliced pumpkin until its soft and golden.

    Grab your pizza base of choice- either wholemeal or gluten free. Start with an essential base and cover the base with crushed tomatoes.

    Place pumpkin all over base until covered, then layer the rest of your ingredients on top- onion, olives and feta cheese.

    Finally, completely top your pizza with your choice of either animal rennet free cheese, or cheezly soya cheese. Use as much cheese as you desire and top with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

    Bake in a 350 degree Celsius oven for 8 minutes- cut up and enjoy!
