You Will Need (9 things)

  • 3/10 cup Rolled Oats
  • 3/10 cup Pumpkin Puree (or finely grated pumpkin)
  • 1 cup Water
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Allspice
  • ¼ tsp Ground Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cloves
  • Stevia to taste
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk

Steps (1 step, 25 minutes)

    Add to a pot the oats, pumpkin and water and bring to the boil;
    Reduce the heat to a simmer and add the spices;
    Simmer until cooked (approximately 5-10 minutes) and then remove from the heat. Add stevia (or preferred sweetener) to taste;
    Remove the cloves and spoon into a serving bowl. Top with coconut yogurt and dust with cinnamon.
