Vegetarian low fat pies that all my vegetarian and carnivore friends enjoy equally. My 10 month old thinks they are great also, although I make his minus the pine nuts. I make pines in bulk as I work stupid hours and sometime, throughing a homemade pie in the microwave is much easier then making dinner when I get home and waking everyone up in the house, and much better then take away in my opinion This is the recipe for one of my pies I make in bulk, ill add more how to's as I stock up on others,, I hope you enjoy
