You will need

3 cup Rice 3 cup Water 1 tin Pigeon Peas 1/2 cup Pork 1/3 cup Vegetable Oil 1/2 cup Sofrito 1 tin Tomatoes 1 pkt Sazon 10 Olives 1 tsp Cumin Salt

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oil. Cook the pork. Remove & set aside.

2. 

   Add the Sofrito, peas, tomato, cumin & sazon to the pot. Cook for 3-4 mins.

3. 

   Add the water, rice, olives & pork. Stir & bring to a boil. Reduce heat & simmer until rice is cooked about 30 mins. Do not open the lid while cooking.

4. 

   Add salt & fluff rice.

5. 

   Serve.
