You Will Need (3 things)
- 1 Pair Scissors
- 6 Sheets Tissue Paper in various colours
- 2 m Ribbon or String
Steps (9 steps, 90 minutes)
-
1
All you need is a pair of sharp scissors and different shades of tissue paper
-
2
Fold your sheet of paper in half going from top to bottom
-
3
Then half again from left to right
-
4
Then fold again from left to right and make a crease at the top about 4cm's down. This will be your guide and show you where to stop cutting
-
5
Now going from the bottom toward the top make 0.5cm cuts up towards your crease.
-
6
Keep going and then unfold the tissue paper. It should look like this.
Start rolling the centre up towards the top
-
7
Once its all rolled up, give it a few twists to secure.
-
8
Then fold in half so the two feathery ends meet and twist at the top to form a loop. This is where you will string it through your ribbon or thread
-
9
Now do a few more in different colours and string them up for all to admire!
I left about 8-10 cm's between tassles.
Pretty cute eh!
