Pretty Peacock Earrings

I did this a little differently in a much more difficult, complicated, and ultimately more stable way. I layered the felt with cutouts so they did not bump out. I also sandwiched the wire between two pieces of felt, the front and the back, to make sure it doesn't come out. Took longer but I like them! :) I just wish I'd made them a teeny bit smaller. Whoops.
