So I love peacock feathers, they are just super pretty! Anyway a while back I found these: http://www.etsy.com/listing/36177899/leather-peacock-feather-earrings?ref=v1_other_1 on Etsy. Super cute, but thirty dollars is more than I’m willing to spend on earrings. So I subbed the leather for felt and voila! Pretty peacock earrings for next to nothing!

Gather your supplies.
Cut out the four shapes from the template.
Trace each shape onto each piece of felt, twice. (NOTE: For each of the second shapes I flipped the stencil so the earrings would be opposites.)
Cut out the shapes and assemble each earring.
Use your hot glue gun to attach the shapes, starting from the bottom up.
Once everything is glued, open your larger jump ring with your pliers and stab it through the top of the earring. Close the jump ring and then use the smaller jump ring to attach the earring to the finding. Repeat for the second earring.
There you go! Pretty as a peacock earrings on the cheap!
