This was a test run for Halloween. But I'm uploading for the contest as well. :)
To start, lay down white costume makeup all over the areas that you intend to be stark white, but leave the rest of the skin bare, or with a primer. Map out the nose and line leading to the inner mouth with a black eyeliner and fill as desired. (i accented my cupids bow but a straight line works too.) apply lipstick in bare areas with a brush.
Using a black eyeliner pencil or cream on a brush, map out the shape/s of your eye "fur"
Fill everything above the crease with black. this can be done with either black cream makeup or black Halloween grease paint. i used grease paint and cream on top of it' i don't recommend this, the cream sticks poorly.
Fill the area around your eye fur with white. Next darken the underside of your eyes as desired, and fine tune this shape a bit.
Find a cream color-close to white but not stark white.
Fill all of the area under the crease, and create a gradient from there up as desired.
apply stark white eyeliner-i can't do my waterline but i recommend it.
Accessorize as desired and get your panda on!
