Supper nutritious and warming.Full of flavour and easy to make.Sound like a perfect dinner, doesn't it?And it is! :)

You Will Need (16 things)
- 1 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
- 2 -3 Garlic Cloves ,crushed
- 2 pinch of freshly grated Ginger
- Tiny pinch of Cinnamon
- 4 tbsp -5 tablespoons of Water
- 2 couple of tablespoons of Oil
- 4 Shallots ,sliced
- 250 g New Potatoes , halved
- 100 g Cooked Chickpeas
- Salt
- Seeds from 3 Cardamon pods
- 1 (or less/more-if you like it less or more spicy) Chili pepper
- 200 g Turkey breasts,diced
- 400 ml Coconut Milk
Steps (4 steps, 70 minutes)

In a small bowl mix herbs and spices:chilli,garlic,turmeric,cumin,coriander,cardamom seeds,cinnamon and ginger.Add water and mix.

In a big pan fry onions with a little bit of oil until soft.Mix in the paste,add turkey and stir-fry it for few minutes adding couple of tablespoons of water if it starts sticking to the pan.Spoon the coconut milk in and bring it to boil.
Season with salt and mix the potatoes into the curry. -

Let it simmer until the potatoes are cooked,add chickpeas at the very end and leave for few extra minutes,then turn the heat off.

Serve warm with: rice, coriander and lime wedges.
