This is not a spicy curry. It has a great mild flavour that will not blow your head off.
I guess if you wanted to spice it up you could add chillies but my family are not really into things that are too hot to eat.
It is pretty reasonably priced to make as you are using shoulder and cooking for a long time.

You Will Need (8 things)
- Pork
- Coconut milk
- Curry Powder
- Mixed Spice
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Yellow Onions
- Chicken Stock
Steps (3 steps, 150 minutes)

Cook the spices in the bottom of a pan with a little oil.
Add the diced shoulder and seal the meat.

Add the onions. Cook for a few minutes.
Add the coconut milk and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chicken stock and reduce to simmer.
Cook out for approx 2 hours or until the meat is tender.
Serve with rice or chips.
