I followed the instructions from the site basically, but had no pipe cleaners so I used extra cardboard.

You will need

2 Cardboard Thick piece and thin piece Scissors 2 Google Eyes Glue Crayons Yarn long scraps

I followed the instructions from the site basically, but had no pipe cleaners so I used extra cardboard.

Instructions

1. 

   Gather all your materials.

2. 

   Wrap yard around thick cardboard several times.

3. 

   Use the thin carboard color it black or whatever color you decide using the crayon.

4. 

   Cut thin cardboard into thin strips so your spider will have legs.

5. 

   Slide your wrapped yarn off the cardbord keeping the loops together.

6. 

   Begin sticking the think cardboard through the middle of the yarn,you need about four strips for the legs.

7. 

   Take and extra piece of yarn and tie it around the loops and then cardboard forming the body and legs.

8. 

   Then proceed to bending the strips down to form the legs.

9. 

   Cut the loops so they are no longer together on each side then glue on your google eyes and your finished. *I personally think it looked better with the loops not cut but it's up 2 you.*
