Make your dinner table a little fancier with DIY Pom Pom Napkins. Pom pom trim is hand sewn onto plain white napkins in this effortless and almost* painless craft. Are your guests coming over in two hours? Instead of sewing, you can also use glue!

*100% painless if you don't stab yourself with the needle like I did!
**Directions are for one napkin. Scale the project as necessary.

You Will Need (4 things)

  • 20 in Square Cloth Napkin
  • 20 in Pom Pom Trim
  • Needle And Thread
  • Fabric Glue

Steps (3 steps, 20 minutes)

  1. 1

    Cut a piece of pom pom trim to 20 inches. The trim will be attached to one side of the napkin.

    Using a running stitch, sew your trim to the back side of the napkin, making sure that your needle only passes through one layer of the hem.

    Optional: Glue your trim down using fabric glue.
