Mexican style chicken. Easy to prepare.

You will need

Marinade
4 cloves Garlic 1 tsp Oregano 1/2 tbsp Paprika 1 tsp Cumin 1/3 cup Orange Juice 2 tbsp Lime Juice 1/4 tsp Onion Powder 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes 1/3 cup Olive Oil 1/4 tsp Black Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt
Additional
1 lb Chicken Breast

Description

Mexican style chicken. Easy to prepare.

Instructions

1. 

   Mix all marinade ingredients together.

2. 

   Add chicken. Marinade for at least 30 mins.

3. 

   Heat oven 200/400 degrees. Place chicken in a dish. Bake for 20-25 mins until cooked through.

4. 

   Serve.
