The way I did this was surprisingly tedious, I hope you find a better way. If you have any questions, please comment. Video tutorial for this project: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0l30tgx0HA My Youtube Channel: http://www.youtube.com/user/mcm3760?feature=mhee

I now have a video tutorial for this project, well it's not a complete tutorial but it shows how it is done: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0l30tgx0HA
Lay the pants flat on a surface. Take a crayola marker or another cylindrical/circular object you can stamp with and dip it in acrylic paint. STAMP OFF ANY EXCESS PAINT before stamping the marker/tool on the jeans or the paint will ooze out and screw up the polka dot.
You can pattern the polka dots in the actual polka dot pattern, or just randomly, I did it randomly.
For me, my dots were faint and not all of them were complete so I had to go back when I was done stamping the first layer and then stamp again with the paint. After that, I used a paintbrush to fill in any left over spots that didn't get enough paint.
Overall, you just have to be patient and careful. hopefully yours turn out the way you want them to!
