Here you have an easy way to spruce up an inexpensive hat. Perfect for the cold weather this season!

Exacto Knife Pencil(s) Stencil Spray By Simply Spray Contact Paper

Here you have an easy way to spruce up an inexpensive hat. Perfect for the cold weather this season!

Instructions

1. 

   Trace polka dots on contact paper that vary in size. We used a quarter for the perfect circle.

2. 

   Use an Exacto knife to cut out the circles.

3. 

   Stick the contact paper to the hat.

4. 

   Coat the hat with Simply Spray Stencil Paint. We used Silver Glimmer. Flip over and repeat steps 3 & 4 on the other side.

5. 

   The final product!
