I will turn this into a tutorial if I make it again (I hope to sell a finalized version eventually. So crafty bragging. I came up with the pattern my self, based on the official iPad cover design. I made all of the black piping from scratch (fabric+ nylon cord. The inner support is made of photo mat board. The button on the front slots into the strap on the back to make it stand up. This was the first time I made anything this complex with a sewing machine. Hence the time and difficulty rating. I had to be super careful on me measurements, and it was hard to get all the layers to line up. So this is no beginner project I would say.
