Do you like strawberry or chocolate pocky better? I didn't have the strength to choose! the result: this box took doubly long because I wanted it double sided. Overall the construction is pretty easy, but it takes time if you want everything PERFECT. It's easiest make the box while looking at a picture, Google one for reference. Complete this project by painting your pencils like pocky!

Saw wood: x2 fronts 10cm by 16.5cm x2 sides 7cm by 16.5cm x1 base 9cm by 7cm Paint the fronts: - one white for strawberry pocky - one red for choc pocky
STRAWBERRY DESIGN: Cut the following out of red painted cardboard - x1 red wavy label - x1 thin wavy line - x7 strawberries Cut the word "POCKY" out of white cardboard Print the "STRAWBERRY" label (way too hard to cut out)
Paint the details on the wavy red label, the "GLICO" and the Japanese writing.
Glue it all on the label and stick on white front.
Add the strawberries to the white front, giving them seeds with a pencil. To paint their tops, start with a light green, add darker green tips and finish with a yellow base.
Now to make fake pocky! saw 3 chopsticks in half and paint like pocky.
File some on an angle so they fit on the box
Glue your pocky on, your strawberry side is complete
CHOCOLATE DESIGN: Paint on the details, "GLICO" in the top right corner, the net weight and some Japanese writing down the bottom. Cut out "POCKY" in white card/ painted white cardboard
Make choc pocky by sawing off a quarter from 6 chopsticks, then arrange in a pockyish bunch, filing down edges to get a nice fanned out look.
Paint with chocolate brown.
Glue the pocky onto the red front. Then glue on the lettering.
Glue EVERYTHING together, use rubber bands to stabilize.
Ta Da!Done. Now what side will you choose?
