This was a midnight creation.. you know when you'r working or just watching a movie and a sudden craving strikes.. and you gather whatever is at hand ant concoct something :D
Poach the eggs: Boil the water in pan. Add the vinegar and stir. Crack the eggs and carefully add them to the water. (The yolk should NOT break) Let it boil for 5-10 mins depending on how runny you want the yolk to be. Remove from heat and ladle out the eggs with a slotted spoon.
Heat the oil in a fresh pan Add the ginger and garlic mince and sauté for a minute on high heat. Add the onion, pepper and all the powders and sauté for a couple of minutes. Add the poached eggs and coat it completely in the powder mixture. Sauté for one minute more and serve
