You Will Need (7 things)
- 1 Hard Plastic Kiddie Pool
- Sandpaper
- FLEX SEAL Paint Black
- 4 Cinder Block Brick
- Rubber Fountain Water Hose
- Submersible Fountain Pump
- Pea Gravel Decorative Rocks
Steps (9 steps, 120 minutes)
-
1
Place a hard plastic kiddie pool on the ground.
-
2
In order for the paint to adhere, lightly sand the entire surface that will be painted.
-
3
Use black color Flex Seal to paint the inside and outside walls.
-
4
Drill hole through an urn or large vase. (I am using an antique iron urn with existing holes)
-
5
Feed a black flexible rubber fountain hose through the hole and out the bottom of urn. *Make sure the hole and hose fit tightly so that the water fills up the urn.
-
6
Attach the fountain pump to the bottom end of the urn and rubber hose.
-
7
Place pool in desired location and lay 4 cinder blocks in a plus shape where there is an opening in the middle. Pour pea gravel all around the bottom of the pool. Place Urn with pump onto the cinder block formation with the pump submersed in the water through center of blocks. *See picture for layout.

8
Fill pool with water and plug in pump to test it. Adjust leveling until desired water flow is even. Then add other decorative items around and in the pool.
