    MAKING THE CRÊPES. Put the flour in a bowl and gradually add the milk, the eggs and the salt while mixing it with a mixer. The batter must look creamy and smooth, without lumps. If it doesn't, add more milk(Be very careful, if you leave any grump the crepes won't be ok!)

    Leave the batter rest for about 20 minutes. This step is not necessary but I recommend that.

    Spread a pan with the butter. Otherwise the crêpes will stick on it. Put it over a medium heat, and spread a bit of batter in the pan so the pastry takes up all the base of the pan.

    Once the lower side of the crêpe is brown, turn it over with a spatula to cook the other side. When it's brown, put it off with the spatula and repeat steps 3 and 4. BE CAREFUL! You MUST put butter on the pan every time you make a crêpe, not only the first time.

    PIZZA. Okay, now we have the crêpes and there comes the easiest (and tastier) part. Spread the tomato sauce on the crêpe.

    Put a bit of oregano.

    Now put one slice of cheese and another one of ham. Fold the crêpe in half twice, and you have your pizza crêpes!

  8. You can add any ingredient you want. My mum likes it with mushrooms, I love it with extra cheese and grated cheese, my sister puts bacon instead of ham. Make your own pizza-crêpes!
