Pizza is one of the world’s favorite foods, so there is a good chance that this may be one of your favorite fat bombs!

Makes 16 poppers

per serving: 163 calories, 4g protein, 17g total fat, 2g total carbohydrate

You Will Need (9 things)

  • 3 ½ oz Cream Cheese
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tbsp Chopped fresh Basil (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • 2 tsp Chopped fresh Oregano leaves (or 1 teaspoon dried)
  • ¼ cup oil-packed Sun Dried Tomatoes , drained and chopped
  • ¼ cup pitted Kalamata Olives , chopped
  • 2 Cloves Garlic , minced
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps (4 steps, 45 minutes)

    Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse a few times until just combined.

    Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, or until firm.

    Using a small cookie scoop or large spoon, scoop out 8 portions and roll into balls.

    Eat immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
