First off, download Perler from this website "http://dolkow.se/perler/" and load your image to get it pixalised. You can choose the sizes you want and select which colours of Hama Beads you have, then follow the grid and the shade numbers and fill out your hama bead sheet to the correct colours. Then place a sheet of grease proof paper over the top, iron and Vuella... (bear in mind it may be very fiddly and confusing)
