This is more like a biscuit/cookie than a cake.
It is full of nuts & almond flavour.
It tastes really good with a cup of tea or coffee.

You Will Need (10 things)
- 8 oz Self-Raising Flour
- 3 1/2 oz Butter
- 3 1/2 oz Sugar
- 9 oz Pistachios Chopped
- Amaretti biscuit
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Milk

Topping
- 3 oz White Chocolate
- 4 oz Milk Chocolate
Steps (8 steps, 90 minutes)

Heat oven 180 degrees.
Sift flour.
Add butter.
Rub to make breadcrumbs. Stir in sugar.

Crush amoretti biscuits & pistachios together.

Add to the flour mixture.

Add egg & milk.
Mix to combine.

Place in tin.
Level out.
Bake for 55 mins.

Allow to cool completely.

Melt chocolates.
Drizzle over cake.

Cut & serve.
