This is the same spider I used in my version of 'Re Invent Spider Rings!' (http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/reinvent_spider_rings/versions/1) I decided that I wouldn't be wearing the rainbow version much, so I gave it a new makeover! The time I took to make it is approximate; I kept going away to do other things and coming back to it, so I really have no idea how long it took.

Paint your spider pink and let dry. While it's drying, you can make your 'web.' Get your piece of lace and stitch along the inside edge, then pull the thread to make it ruffled.
When your spider is dry, paint the gloss varnish on. (Unless it needs more coats, in which case you'd do that first ;P)
Glue the lace and spider to the ring base and you have your ring, easy!
