Whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt and sugar. Break in half of the white chocolate.
Whisk together the soya milk, vegetable oil, egg, rosewater and a few drops of red food colouring until you get a nice pink colour.
Whisk the flour mixture into the milk mixture.
Drop a couple of tablespoons of batter into a frying pan with a little oil.
Cook for a few minutes on either side.
Serve topped with edible rose petals, a little more white chocolate and a drizzle of maple syrup.
