To make crushed pineapple blend canned pineapple with a blender.

You Will Need (13 things)

Crust
- 1 1/2 cup Biscuit crumbs
- 1 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- 4 tbsp Butter Melted

Filling
- 6 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 tin Condensed Milk
- 8 oz Crushed Pineapple
- 2 Egg Yolks
- 1 cup Coconut

Optional
- Maraschino Cherries
Steps (9 steps, 60 minutes)

Heat oven 175 degrees.
Combine all base ingredients together.
Press into a tin.
Bake for 10 mins.

Combine the cream cheese & egg yolks.

Add condensed milk.
Stir through.

Add the pineapple.
Stir through.

Fold in 3/4 cup of coconut.

Pour over the base.

Top with remaining coconut.
Bake for 45 mins.

Add cherries on top.
Allow to cool.
Refrigerate overnight.
