I received the lovely "Cut Out + Keep" book to look at and wanted to try something simple that would take minimal effort and highlight the attainability of these crafts! Since knitting has and will always be my first love, I was immediately drawn to this. The final product that was something a bit to large for the cups I had, the thing is wrapped around a quart mason jar and even then its a little loose! I take into account I used circular needles to work it, so if you are and you're a loose knitter as well I recommend sizing down a needle to get what you need. As well, this can be easily modified to be knit without the shaping so you dont have to worry if its not your wheelhouse/ youre introducing yourself to knitting this way. Attainability wise this was a stash buster project for me (i.e totally free), but the average person could probably get the means for this project in under 10 dollars.
