I cut my pierogis into circles. I used a drinking glass as if it were a cookie cutter. That saved me a lot of time.
I left half of my pierogi batch as is. The other half I browned up in a pan with butter and caramelized onions. They were delicious (and a crowd-pleaser) both ways.
