These are based on my name tag DIY with air dry clay, and I crafted these cute bottles to give as gifts. I wanted to share!

Instructions

1. 

   If you would like to know how to make the tags, feel free to search in my projects for the "name tag place cards". These are easily made with air dry clay.

2. 

   All I did was collect colorful, vintage bottles and tie the tags on with ribbon. These are SO cute!
