I use this recipe when I need to ice cupcakes and birthday cakes etc. it's super easy to make and has a perfect consistency to crumb coat or ice your cakes, if you have any questions please ask.

You Will Need (4 things)

  • 2 tbsp Full cream Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 5 cup Icing Sugar
  • 250 g Butter

Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

    Add butter to a bowl and mix on a low speed until pale and fluffy, takes approx 5 minutes

    Slowly add the icing sugar until half is mixed into the butter, add the vanilla, then mix in 1/2 of the remaining icing sugar, add the milk and remaining icing sugar. Mix until icing sugar is mixed well.

    Add any colour food colour required, add a little at a time and mix well before adding more. Once at desired colour cover until requires
