You Will Need (7 things)
- Shortcrust Pastry
- 6 Egg Yolks
- 5 oz Golden Syrup
- 4 oz Brown Sugar
- 3 oz Butter Melted
- 2 oz Heavy Cream
- 10 oz Pecans
Steps (5 steps, 60 minutes)

Heat oven 180 degrees.
Roll out pastry, bake as per instructions.

Mix yolks, syrup, brown sugar, butter & cream together.

Add the pecans & stir to combine.

Pour into pastry case & bake for 25-30 mins.

serve warm or cold.
