I thought the first adaption was very beautiful and elegant. I decided that when I made a pearl necklace (since I disassembled my other one), I was going to draw inspiration from this creation. Being me, I had to add a gothic, Victorian touch, so the central colors were white and black. I got these nice black clasps that had ten (yes, TEN) holes in it. Alas, I couldn't find a bead divider with ten holes... But they have a sort of drape-ish effect. which is elegant in its own way. I added a lovely flower cameo to finish it off.
