Pear Sultanas Cupcakes

Inspired by a german recipe from this site, but I changed some things. The cupcakes are really delicious. Instead of sultanas and pear, you can take apples, chocolate, nuts, or any other fruit.
Unfortunately, my cupcakes are a little burnt.

You Will Need (10 things)

  • a handful Sultanas
  • 2 Egg(s)
  • 1 cup Oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 1 cup Self Raising Flour
  • 1 Pear
  • Icing Sugar
  • Sliced Almonds

Steps (3 steps, 30 minutes)

    Preheat oven: 200°C. chop the pear into little pieces.
    Mix the flour, sugar, water, oil, eggs. than, mix in the sultanas and the pear.

    Pour in the dough in cupcake forms and dredge them with sliced almonds.

    bake the cupcakes for 15-20minutes. afterwards, mix icing sugar with some water and put the icing over the cupcakes.
