This cocktail combines spicy cardamon gin with fresh pear for a delicious fruity martini.

You will need

2 oz Sacred Cardamom Gin 1 Pear ½ oz Simple Syrup ½ oz Lemon Juice Ice Cocktail Shaker

This cocktail combines spicy cardamon gin with fresh pear for a delicious fruity martini.

Instructions

1. 

   Cut the top of the stalk off your pear and place on the side of your glass. Cut the remaining pair into strips and place in a cocktail shaker. Add some ice and muddle the pear.

2. 

   Add the cardamom gin, simple syrup and squeeze the lemon juice into the cocktail shaker. Shake well to break up the pear.

3. 

   Strain into a martini glass and serve.
