A milk chocolate and peanut butter ganache coated in a thin layer of chocolate, rolled in toffee bits! :D
Create your Peanut butter ganache by heating up your cup of heavy whipping cream, two teaspoons of corn syrup, and a spoon full of peanut butter (however peanut buttery you would like it to be)! Then quickly pour the mixture over about four handfuls of milk chocolate chips or chopped milk chocolate bits. WHISK QUICKLY until it is smooooooth.. like dis, yo.
Let the peanut butter ganache set for about 45 minutes until it is kinda firm. Then you put the ganache in a piping bag, lay out a cookie sheet, and make ganache blobs! You'll be rolling them into neater looking balls later. Put these bad boys in the fridge to chill for the night.
After they're done chillin', roll them into neater looking balls, put a light coat of milk chocolate on the outside, and roll them around in toffee bits. I used Heath Toffee bits, you can buy these in the baking needs section, yo. Enjoi!
