Instructions

1. In a bowl, cream peanut butter & brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg. Add oats & baking soda. Mix well.

2. Drop by TBSP~fuls 2 in apart on greased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 6~8 mins. MINE cooked in 6 mins FAST! Cool & eat! 2doz
