Soft & chewy cookies. Leave to cool on the tray before moving to a wire rack.

You will need

1 cup Plain Flour 1 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1/2 cup Butter 1/2 cup Peanut Butter 1/2 cup Sugar 1/3 cup Brown Sugar 1 tsp Vanilla 1 Egg 1/2 cup Oats 1 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 175 degrees. Cream butter, peanut butter, vanilla & sugars together.

2. 

   Add egg. Stir to combine.

3. 

   Add the flour, salt, bicarbonate & oats. Stir to combine.

4. 

   Add the chocolate chips. .

5. 

   Spoon onto a tray. Bake for 10-12 mins.

6. 

   Serve.
